Phil Gripton

Phil has 25+ years of senior leadership roles, optimising multiple businesses in technology, telecoms, agency, disruptive digital.

Phil has completed 5 business transactions, of both private and stock market listed businesses. Phil led Bigmouthmedia which was sold to Digitas LBI in 2011, he then was COO at Digitas LBi until the onward sale to Publicis. Based between Edinburgh and the North of England, Phil champions and helps agencies with their growth and value creation.

Jamie Learmont

Jamie has 18 years of experience in finance and operations within creative, marketing, and technology focused businesses.

Previously head of finance and operations at QueryClick driving 18% net margin on a Gross Profit of £3.2m. Detailed financial experience gained from being operations and commercial analyst at Bigmouthmedia. Experience on business analysis, accounting, and process optimisation in digital agencies and e-commerce.

Steven Mallon

Steven has 15 years experience in senior management positions in digital agency and digital transformation in financial services.

MD Edinburgh at Digitas LBi, head of services and operations at Bigmouthmedia, head of digital strategy at Tesco Bank. Part of senior management team securing VC investment and the eventual sale of Bigmouthmedia to Digitas LBi. Focus on strategic direction setting, proposition and service development and commercial and operational leadership.
